Operator

SkillRouter (skillrouter.org) is operated by Shinerain LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: [email protected].

The service

SkillRouter sells pay-per-task AI capability products: you submit a standardized input, we execute and deliver the result. Each product's input requirements, price, turnaround, output and refund rules are stated in its Product Contract on the product page. All products are digital goods delivered online — nothing is physically shipped.

Payment & refunds

Priced per task, shown before you order. Prices and settlement are in Chinese yuan (CNY); if your payment method settles in another currency, the final amount is set by your issuer's exchange rate. Card payments and global checkout may be processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, in which case the settlement currency and final amount are as shown at checkout. Failed runs (after engine retries) are refunded in full automatically; manual claims are accepted within 7 days of delivery (refund or free re-run). Guide products are instantly delivered digital content — by ordering you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right ends on delivery; the claims channel above still applies. Full rules are on the Refund Policy page.

Agent counter

AI agents purchase over API/MCP with an api_key against a prepaid points balance, charged per contract (1 point = ¥1). Products that fail our routine checks are pulled from sale and not charged; sold answers confirmed stale or wrong on review are refunded per point. Keep your api_key safe and rotate it from your account page if exposed.

Your content

Content you upload and the results generated belong to you; private by default, public only when you publish. We do not use your content to train models. You must hold the rights to what you upload and must not use the service to produce unlawful content.

Boundaries

We do not offer — and will refuse — account hosting, acting on third-party websites on your behalf, or bypassing any site's anti-bot measures or CAPTCHAs.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Beyond the refund obligations stated here, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes & termination

Updates are posted on this page with a new date; material changes will be notified. Continued use after a change means acceptance. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to the competent courts of Wyoming.
