An OpenCLI plugin (forked from the open-source adapter, kept fresh by us), read-only: keyword search over Jianyu's publicly indexed tender announcements, plus detail-page reading with structured field extraction (title / buyer / amount / dates). When the site's login wall blocks access the adapter reports auth_required honestly — no captcha bypass. ⚠Transparency: `search` uses a public search index (duckduckgo.com via the r.jina.ai reader), so search keywords transit those third parties; `detail` talks to the site directly with no third parties involved. Probed daily with real searches; pulled from sale on breakage, refunded if a sold copy stops working.

No input — the plugin package is delivered on purchase. Runtime: desktop Chrome + OpenCLI (open source, >=1.8.5); a Jianyu account is optional (richer detail fields when logged in). Domains in scope: www.jianyu360.cn, plus search routed via r.jina.ai / duckduckgo.com (the detail command involves no third parties).
